1 General Conditions of Purchase

• 1.1
  These General Conditions of Purchase (the “Conditions”) are governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent additions and amendments (the “Consumer Code”), containing the provisions for the protection of consumers and, in particular, by Section III relating to distance selling (articles 50 et seq.).
  The offer of products and/or services on the Site is addressed exclusively to natural persons of age who purchase as consumers, as defined by the Consumer Code. The Company reserves the right not to accept orders from persons who, due to the quantity of products ordered, the frequency and continuity of orders and their periodicity or other elements assessed from time to time, lead the Company to believe that they are purchased for resale.

  These Conditions regulate online purchase orders of goods or services (the “Products”) available on this website (the “Site”) for deliveries to be made exclusively in Italy, including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City (“Territory”). Buyers can access the Site and use the service even if located outside the Territory but the Company cannot make deliveries outside the Territory. Therefore, for sales in other countries it is advisable to refer to the individual sites of the Group companies, where the online distance selling system is available. For any use or installation outside the Territory of the Products purchased from the Site, it must be previously verified that the Product complies with the safety standards and laws in force in the country of destination of use of the Product..

  European Appliances Italy SRL. with sole shareholder, with registered office in Via Varesina 204, 20156 Milan (“Company”) reserves the right to modify the Conditions at any time without notice. However, such changes cannot be applied to purchase orders sent by the buyer and accepted by the Company before the changes have been published on the Site.
• 1.4
  Before proceeding with any order, the buyer must accept the Conditions by ticking the box “I accept the General Conditions of Purchase”, which appears during the online purchase procedure. In the absence of express acceptance of the Conditions, it will not be possible to complete the purchase procedure. By accepting the Conditions and, therefore, by issuing the purchase order, the buyer will agree to receive all communications relating to the processing of the order, at the email address indicated at the time of registration.

  Similarly, it will be required to read the Information on the processing of personal data (“Privacy Information”) and to give consent (mandatory) to said processing, without which it will not be possible to proceed with the online purchase. The buyer will be responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, with particular reference to the email address and all the information entered when placing the order or opening their profile.
